In response to the continuing COVID-19 public health emergency, the Governor’s Office has issued guidance on a reopening strategy for state agencies and authorities based on region. The Fletcher Building Employee Educational Fund ( EEF ) is a private trust fund.Persons eligible to apply under the Trust Deed are Fletcher Building employees based in New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific Islands.
